Yesterday we finally made it out to get pictures taken as a family on the beach. I knew it was going to be a stretch to get everyone smiling or just looking at the camera at the same time. Trying to get 3 boys ages 4,3, and 12 months to all cooperate is like herding cats. Trey is now walking everywhere and doesn't sit still for 1 second.
Bobby was off of work but had to go in to check on a few things so my brother and I were trying to feed the kids breakfast and get everyone dressed in a timely matter for the pictures. We were running around trying to get everything done. I was finishing up putting my makeup on flat ironing my hair when I heard a long noise and Will screaming.
I ran in the living room to check on him and he bumped his right eye and it had a cut that was bleeding and turning red before my eyes. He was upset and wouldn't let me look at it!! Thankfully, I got it to stop bleeding and him to calm down. When Bobby got home we decided to go on with our pictures. This is our life at this stage bumps, bruises, black eyes, and all.
We had alot of fun taking our pictures. Our photographer took a good many natural unposed shots of the boys playing in the sand and water, playing with mommy and daddy, and several of just Bobby and I together!! I can't wait to get them back and see how they turned out. Bobby said we should have just thrown our money out the window but with over 425 pictures taken surely we got a few keepers!!!

Happy Birthday Bobby!!
Today is Bobby's 28th birthday!! Wow.... where does the time go. I can't believe that we were "going out" in the 7th grade and now we are married with 3 children. I knew I loved him and would marry him even way back then!! He is just a great dad, husband, and person. Everyone that meets him just loves him. He is very easy going and loves life. I could go on forever about how great he is, but just wanted to wish him a very happy birthday today!! You are loved so much by your little family!! We are glad you are ours.....

On a Jet Plane
Earlier this week I decided it would be a great idea to fly to Atlanta to visit my family for Easter weekend. Bobby was working and it would be a good time to see everyone and spend the holiday with them. However, I had to book 3 tickets for myself, Jake, and Will. Trey was sitting in my lap. I knew it was going to be an interesting adventure.
We were running late heading to the airport which was stressful in itself. I knew I could not rush three kids ages 4 and under to check-in, through security, and to the gate.
We got to the airport on time and through security. This was Trey's first airplane ride!! I was a little nervous about how the kids would act flying on a airplane and the hustle bustle of an airport. They were really unsure therefore they stayed very close by my side. We rode in the business class section and got to board the plane first. The kids were served drinks and snacks while all the others were boarding the back of the plane.
"this is awesome, I wuv flying on airplanes" says Jake.
However, then as the plane is taxing the runway about to take off Trey starts screaming at the top of his lungs. I just wanted to crawl under my seat. I had to pour water, pour rice cereal, and formula all in the bottle with one hand while I have a screaming infant in the other. I started shaking the bottle to mix everything up and he was getting louder. He knew what I was doing. Finally, I layed him down with his blankie and gave him his bottle. He was snoring before we took off in the air. THANK YOU FROM ABOVE!!!!!
Jake and Will continued snaking and I got out their DVD player. They watched part of a movie and trey slept most of the flight. He woke up as we were landing. It was so nice and smooth of a flight considering I had all three kids with me and no help!! They are such great kids I am so proud!! I could not have asked for a better day!!
We have a busy weekend planned. We are eating pizza, going to the zoo, church, Easter lunch, dinner with friends, and anything else that may come our way.
I am so glad to be with my family and especially to have some help for the weekend.

5 months
Trey is 5 months old today!! He is growing way tooo fast!! He is laughing so hard at Jake and Will. He thinks his family is funny and a little wild and crazy. He loves his jumper he will jump so hard that the springs make this loud boing, boing, boing noise. While I was working the other night Bobby said he walked over to check on Trey and looked down and both of his feet were bleeding and blood was on the kitchen floor. He panicked and ran over to see what in the world had happened to the baby. Bobby said all he could think about was how he was going to call me up at work and tell me what had happened. However, come to find out Trey was jumping so much and on the outside of his feet his little pinkie toes were bleeding. They had been rubbed raw!! Bless his heart!! So, needless to say I have been giving him some extra loving the past few days (well I do it anyways all the time)! Can not believe it has been 5 months since he came into this world, and now I do not know what we ever did without him!!

Baby Trey
Trey went for his 4 month check up today. He weighs 18 lbs and 12 ounces and 27 1/4 inches long. He is off of the bell curve in his height weight and head circumference. I knew he was a big boy but WOW! The doctor said he was just proportionately a big baby! The doctor was asking questions about his development and he is right where he is supposed to be! However we he asked if trey was rolling over yet I said no and he laughed and said "well he is fine he just has a whole lot of body mass to move.". I could not help but laugh because it was so true!
Trey is at such a cute and fun age. I feel like I move him from station to station a lot at home during the day when I am not holding him. Yes I do hold him a lot too I can't help it he is so fluffy! He likes his activity mat, exersaucer, bouncer, laying flat on his back and having someone talk to him, and playing in his jumper. He tries to jump but has not quite got the hang of it, but it will not be very long!!We love this little guy more than words can express!!

Chicken Balls
On Saturday afternoon Bobby offered to go to the grocery store for me! At first I was a little hesitant knowing he would get different things than I would even having a list. Nonetheless I appreciated the help and let it go!
Tonight we were going to be having something quick and easy for dinner since I had to work and Bobby had a basketball game! He plays in a league on Monday nights! I heated up leftovers for Bobby and I and he fixed popcorn chicken and apples for Jake and Will. I knew the boys would be a little confused because I always buy chicken nuggets for them to eat and this was small round chicken bites. When Bobby brought their plates to them Jake looked and said "we eatin chicken balls for dinner."
Bobby and I busted out laughing because it was so cute and innocent. They did look like balls that were breaded with chicken in them. I thought it was so cute and funny but Bobby had to make sure that they knew it was popcorn chicken boy chicken balls. Bobby would be so embarrassed if Jake or Will ever said that put in public!
I know this is just the beginning of many many funny things that our kids say to us or say that will embarrass us as parents!

4 months
Trey is 4 months old today. I can not belive he is getting close to bring half a year old. He is my baby! I want him to stay like this for a long long time. It has gone by way to fast. It has been very hectic and busy around our house. But now we do not know what we would do without him. He is so loved. The older boys love and kiss on baby trey all day long. Will tries so hard to get right in his face and we have to remind him to back up and talk soft to trey!
4 months of cold meals sleepless nights total chaos and a very unorganized house. However 4 months of baby smiles and laughs sweet baby toes holding and snuggling staring at something so beautiful and perfect. 4 months ago did not know how we would live with trey and now we do not know what we would do without him. Trey you are loved so much!
